American Express Customers
Due to the actions of a few, all orders paid for with AMEX will now ship with ‘Signature Confirmation’. You will be required to sign for the package.
Several AMEX customers have disputed their purchases at NicotineRush. This has cost me a considerable amount of money, because, according to AMEX, I didn’t have a ‘Signature’ proving actual delivery even though I did have ‘Delivery Confirmation’ from the post office.
This is an unfortunate turn of events, but I’m a small business, and every dollar counts.
I appreciate everyones support and understanding.

The problem lies not only with the customer, but with AMEX as well.

Mostly it has to do with customer ignorance. I’m sure it wasn’t done intentionally. Unfortunately, combined with this ignorance are AMEX’s policies that refuse to credit my account even if I had a picture of the package being handed to the customer! Cost of being in business I guess.
